Year 4 had a great time on their residential to Boughton Woods this week. We learnt how to build fires, make shelters and respond in an emergency. We enjoyed finding out more about hiding in plain sight and used face paint to camouflage ourselves. The children took part in ‘Tribes got Talent’ with each tribe performing their own routine. We had a range of talents including jokes and singing. We also had great fun doing archery and axe throwing. We were able to cook burgers over the fires we had made and toasted marshmallows to make smores. Some children even got the chance to eat a fish eye!
